Does anyone have a recipe Witches Brew with history?
When I found myself in Girl Scouts, our leader has made a drink for a party Halloween and has a history that went with it, as "eye of newt" and she put in the grape skin. Now that I am a leader, I would love to do with my daughters, but I do not find it. Any help?
I got several Witches Brew recipies, but none has a story that I am aware. And the one I use all the time does not use grapes. "Witches' Brew 1 (This one I use all the time) 2 cups apple cider 1 1 / 2 to 2 cups vanilla ice cream 2 tablespoons of honey on the ground 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 / 4 teaspoon coffee nutmeg cider process icream, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a food processor or blender until smooth. Place 3 packages of fruit snacks in each plastic glove. Pour cold water over fruit snacks, completing up to 1 inch high, link end of each glove. Freeze until solid, 4 to 5 hours. 2. Three quarters in a pitcher or bowl, pour boiling water on gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in juice pinepapple, cider and lemon juice. 3. "Witches Brew March 1 qt Apple juice 1 1 / 2 c pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons unsweetened 2 tablespoons honey lemon juice 3 x Cinnamon sticks Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until ready to serve. Remove cinnamon sticks before serving. "
