How do I clean a flat top stove?
I have a semi-new flat top stove and a bottle of cleaner.
Do I use water to rinse it off or just wipe it off with a towel? Or does it even matter?
The directions on the cleaner are very vague and I don't want to ruin my new stove.
I have a flat "glass top" stove as well. All the cleaner is is a mild abrasive liquid much like soft scrub that is formulated to not damage the stove-top. When you're done scrubbing just rinse well and wipe dry. Just be sure to get ALL of the cleanser residue off or it will stink really bad when you next use the stove.
