Copyright infringent for putting up a poster?
If I put a poster on the wall of a beer, such as guinness, for a video I am making to serve as the background design, is that considered copyright infringement?
I'm not certain, you could check the TouTube FAQ. It's got some general guidance you can follow.
I'd think a company would love to have free advertising. You raise an interesting point though. It's up to you whether you want to risk copyright infringement or not. Good luck.
