just got a vintage yashcica - 120 roll tlr camera what kind of film can i use?

also can iget it develpoed at places like walamrt or cvs or do i have to bring it soem place else

You can get 120 roll film in almost any camera store. Drug stores and Walmart may not carry it. You will get 10 shots per roll. The lens on the camera is an 80mm lens, which is the standard lens. There are lenses that can be found on ebay that will give you a wide angle and a telephoto capacity.

They are very nice camera and a lot of fun. The only thing that you will have "problems" with is the fact that the viewing lens and the taking lens are about 2 inches apart. That will not make much difference in long shots, but in closer in, you will have to find that you must raise the camera to compensate for that amount. Just focus in on closer shots and then raise it about an inch higher if you don't have a copy stand.

You can shoot many different films in it, 100 iso, 200iso, 400iso in both color and black and white.

Walmart does not process the film, but they will sent it out for you to be processed by a lab which will take a few days.

The lenses are sharp and the camera is easily operated. It is there to have fun with and so have fun.
